Turnkey Solutions are a leading service deliverer regarding developing both people and business to their full potential. We work with startup and established businesses across a variety of disciplines, and also work with individuals on Life Coaching and Personal Development issues.

Set in beautiful grounds in the North-East of England, Turnkeysolutions provide a relaxed and stress-free approach to coaching and training in the most conducive environment possible. The 17th century georgian premises are set in fields of trees and grass, bristling with natural wildlife.

Gill Main is a master at enabling people to create a vision of their future, through the use of her extensive skills developed over more than 30 years through helping people to improve both their personal lives and their business performance.

Gill works with individuals to help them focus on what it is they want and helping them to remove their own personal barriers to achievement.

Recognised by the Institute of Training and Development, CIPD, Association for Coaching and The National Register of Business Link Consultants, Gill specialises in effective change management, removing barriers and overcoming obstacles to enable individuals to develop business.

Her background includes qualifications in:

Although very well qualified, Gill feels that a most important part that will contribute to individuals / personal and business success is the fact that she has worked with and developed a numerous range of clients and situations in life and in business throughout her career.

Clients range from individuals in a diverse range of organizations including high tech firms, service, leisure, care sector, manufacturing, construction, social firms, charities and not-for-profit organisations.

Individuals may be employed, self-employed and also not in paid employment.

Gill has gained a wealth of experience from working in business at Director / Senior Management level and in working with managers and people operating at all levels in business and walks of life.

Methodology

So that Turnkey Solutions can fit in with client needs, we offer flexibility in our approaches of service delivery as follows:
