Set in beautiful grounds in the North-East of England, Turnkeysolutions provide a relaxed and stress-free ambience for providing services in the most conducive environment possible. In the warmer weather the gardens as a coaching / training / meetings venue are particularly attractive.

Services on a one to one basis and group delivery can be accommodated in the East Wing of the 17th century Grade II listed period residence. It is set within several acres of grounds that include paddocks, stables, formal gardens and a lake. The Georgian premise is set in fields of trees and grass bristling with natural wildlife.

Despite it's rural setting, the property lies close to the A184 linking Sunderland and Newcastle making this an ideal location for commuting to in the North East. There are excellent road links via A184, A194, A1M and the A19 enabling easy access from Gateshead, Newcastle, the Tyne Tunnel, Sunderland and Durham.

There are hotels within easy access of the premises for those participants requiring residential facilities.

Gill lives with her husband Jeff, who is Managing Director of his own marine engineering company and they live in the Wing of the converted Georgian mansion house along with Treacle, their cat and 2 beagle dogs, Hector and Troy. Gill has a son Kevin (who is responsible for the ongoing development and support of this website) and his partner Karen, an Occupational Therapist, who have both been known to deliver services on behalf of Turnkey Solutions.

Services may be delivered on client organisation premises, Hotels / Training Venues or alternatively at Turnkeysolutions venue.
