Pricing Policy

This is dependent upon the project and service delivery you require. All costs for service are included in the Project Proposal for Service and will be known and agreed by you before service commences. There will be no hidden costs attached and should you require service that falls outside of our original Project Objectives, this will be discussed and clarified.

We deliver ‘AS PROMISED’ and therefore the basis of our business arrangement will always be as we have agreed.

Turnkeysolutions philosophy revolves around sound Customer Relationship Management practices – it is designed around your needs and therefore a standard pricing policy is difficult to arrive at. However, all discussions around establishing your needs are free initially and therefore, you lose nothing by having a conversation to establish whether you would want to work with us.

Turnkey also have the advantage of knowing where and how to access funding that may help you toward your costs of service, particularly if you employ less than 250 employees. That in itself is worth having a conversation about as we can save you time in accessing the right support for you.
